To ensure the safety and well-being of all persons who may use this space, I agree not to bring seafood into the Multicultural Center. I understand that if this is violated, I may not be eligible to use Multicultural Center space in the future.

I understand that any violation of University or Multicultural Center policies may prevent future space reservations. I understand that the Multicultural Center reserves the right to take any course of action if center policies are violated.
