This Homecoming Royal Court application is to provide participants with the information to have a safe, successful, and enjoyable experience. Interested students from any Georgia State University campus students should complete this application form. Please review the attached application and rules packet. All information listed is subject to change. This application consists of four parts:
1. Candidate Information 2. Short Answer Questions 3. Special Information 4. Upload Resume 5. Upload headshot (No selfies will be accepted; University Career Services (Atlanta, Clarkson & Dunwoody campuses) offers free headshots to students via the Headshot Express and is encouraged) 6. *Recommendation letters are not required but highly recommended*
You can save your application at any time and return to working on it at a later date. However, to be considered, you must complete your submission. Applications are due by Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. No late or incomplete applications will be accepted. **Eligibility and rules can be found here in the Royal Court packet.** Royal Court Info sessions: Tuesday, September 2, 2025, from 12 p.m. -1 p.m. Meeting Link Thursday, September 4, 2025, from 6 p.m.- 7 p.m. Meeting Link Information Sessions will occur virtually. Royal Court interviews will occur virtually from Monday, September 15, 2025 to Friday, September 19, 2025.
If you are selected for the Royal Court, you must be available for a MANDATORY Royal Court Orientation on Tuesday, September 23, 2025. The meeting will be conducted virtually.
The Royal Court will consist of 16 members, 4 from each category. The Court will reign over events leading up to and during Homecoming week. The 2025 Royal Court will be presented during halftime of the Homecoming Football Game on Saturday, October 11, 2025.
